Create a public group

Usage

import { PinataSDK } from "pinata";

const pinata = new PinataSDK({
  pinataJwt: process.env.PINATA_JWT!,
  pinataGateway: "example-gateway.mypinata.cloud",
});

const group = await pinata.groups.public.create({
	name: "My New Group",
});
